Abstract:
STATES AND TERRITORIES ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO EPA THEIR WATERS THAT ARE WATER QUALITY LIMITED EVEN AFTER TECHNOLOGY CONTROLS ARE IN PLACE, IDENTIFYING THEIR PRIORITIES AND SUBMITTING CONTROL PLANS. EPA WILL USE THE LISTING AND PRIORITY SETTING BIENNIALLY TO TRACK STATE COMPLIANCE AND PLANNING.
