SECTION 73.3613 REQUIRES LICENSEES OF TV AND LOW-POWER TV BROADCAST STATIONS TO FILE CONTRACTS RELATING TO OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL AND PERSONNEL. CERTAIN CONTRACTS MUST BE RETAINED AT STATION. DATA USED FCC STAFF TO ASSURE THAT LICENSEE MAINTAINS FULL CONTROL OVER STATION.
