Abstract:
PARTICIPATING MORTGAGEES IN HUD'S MORTGAGE INSURANCE PROGRAMS ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN PRIOR APPROVAL. FINAL RULE FR 2854 WILL REQUIRE MODIFICATIONS FOR THE MORTGAGEES TO QUALIFY FOR THE INSURED/LOAN PROGRAM.
