Abstract:
FIFRA REQUIRES PRODUCERS OF PESTICIDES TO MAINTAIN CERTAIN RECORDS RELATED TO THEIR PRODUCTION OF PESTICIDES AND OTHER OPERATIONS. EPA M INSPECT THESE RECORDS TO HELP DETERMINE PRODUCERS' COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE ACT. PRODUCERS MAY USE THESE SAME RECORDS TO HELP FULFILL CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS UNDER FIFRA.
