Abstract:
THE CURRENT APPROVED REGULATION ALLOWS OSHA ACCESS TO MEDICAL, VARIOUS RECORDS INCLUDING EXPOSURE, MEDICAL, INFORMATION, AND TRAINING MAINTAIN FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES. OSHA PROPOSES TO REQUIRE EMPLOYERS TO NOTIFY OSHA BEFORE DEMOLITION, RENOVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE OR REMOVAL OPERATIONS BEGIN.
