Abstract:
ESTABLISH A UNIFORM METHOD OF COLLECTING INFORMATION TO DETERMINE IF T APPLICANT QUALIFIES AND THE PROPOSED LAND USE WOULD PROVIDE PUBLIC BENEFITS, AS REQUIRED BY THE ACT OF JUNE 14, 1926 AS AMENDED. STATE A LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND NONPROFIT INSTITUTIONS MAY APPLY TO LEASE OR PURCHASE PUBLIC LANDS FOR RECREATIONAL OR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
