Abstract:
THE SURVEY IS NEEDED TO COLLECT DATA ON FINANCIAL AND OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS OF U.S. COMPANIES THAT ARE FOREIGN OWNED. UNIVERSE ESTIMATES ARE DEVELOPED FROM REPORTED DATA. THE DATA ARE NEEDED TO MEASURE, MONITOR CHANGES IN, ASSESS THE IMPACT OF, AND MAKE INFORME POLICY DECISIONS ON FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT IN THE U.S.
