Abstract:
UNDER SECTION 19(B) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, THE COMMISSION MUST MAKE CERTAIN SPECIFIED FINDINGS BEFORE IT MAY APPROVE PROPOSED RULE CHANGES ON SELF-REGULATORY ORGANIZATIONS. RULE 19B-4 AN FORM 19B-4, ADOPTED IN 1975, ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE COMMISSION_WI INFORMATION NECESSARY TO MAKE THE REQUIRED FINDINGS.
