Abstract:
PARTICIPATING MORTGAGEES IN HUD'S MORTGAGE INSURANCE PROGRAMS ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN PRIOR APPROVAL. FINAL RULE FR 2854 REQUIRES MODIFICATIONS FOR THE MORTGAGEES TO QUALIFY FOR THE INSURED LOAN. THE ARE REQUIRED TO FILE WITH THE DEPARTMENT AN APPLICATION WITH SUPPORTIN EXHIBITS. THE PROPOSED RULE WOULD REVISE SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
