CORPORATION, OWNERSHIP CHANGE, CAPITAL LOSS CARRYOVERS, EXCESS CREDIT THE REGULATION REQUIRES RECORDKEEPING BY A CORPORATION AFTER IT UNDERGOES AN "OWNERSHIP CHANGE" UNDER SECTIONS 382 AND 383.
