REHABILITATION SERVICES DATA SUBMITTED ON THE RSA-2 BY STATE VR AGENCI FOR EACH FISCAL YEAR IS USED BY RSA TO ADMINISTER AND MANAGE THE BASIC SUPPORT PROGRAM AND TITLE VI, TO ANALYZE EXPENDITURES, EVALUATE PROGRA ACCOMPLISHMENTS, AND TO EXAMINE DATA FOR INDICATORS OF PROBLEM AREAS F WHICH TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
