Abstract:
SECTION 76.970 REQUIRES CABLE OPERATORS TO CALCULATE THE MAXIMUM REASONABLE RATES FOR EACH RATE CLASSIFICATION ANNUALLY AND TO PROVIDE A SCHEDULE OF RATES UPON REQUEST. CABLE OPERATORS MUST ALSO MAINTAIN SUFFICIENT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION TO JUSTIFY SCHEDULED RATES.
