This collection has been withdrawn by the Department. The annual report corresponds directly with the Centers for Independent Living -- Compliance Indicators, final rule. The paperwork was originally submitted with the rule. However, ED withdrew the rule once it became clear that differences could not be resolved within the 90 day timeframe. This paperwork should be resubmitted for review with the revised rule and will receive an expeditious review.
