Abstract:
PERSONS UNDER U.S. JURISDICTION WHO WISH TO OPERATE A PRIVATE REMOTE SENSING SPACE SYSTEM MUST OBTAIN A LICENSE. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF U.S. SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS ARE PROTECTED AND THAT THE APPLICANT WILL PROVIDE ACCESS TO UNENHANCED DATA BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT AS REQUESTED.
