Abstract:
Regulation is being amended to clarify the roles of the Government and intermediaries to ensure more responsiveness to the needs of intermediaries and ultimate recipients and to facilitate continuing expansion of the programs. This amendment has also created 2 new forms, which replaces previous written requirements contained in Exhibits I and II of the regulation.
