This information collection is approved through 9-97 under the following conditions: As agreed to by ED, the Agency will modify question 4.d. of Schedule II to read "Total Receiving Training (unduplicated count)." Upon the next submission of this collection, ED will provide a response to the Section 140 Report recommendation that ED consider combining the RSA-2 with other aggregated data forms to streamline and reduce the burden of the data collection system. In addition, ED should note that OMB will examine future submissions to ensure consistency in the definitions used in this and other RSA forms.
