Abstract:
Colleges/Universities: Science and Engineering Program Development, Grant Monitoring and Evaluation. MSIP application package is needed by MSIP - eligible organizations to compete and obtain federal grant funds. The Department of Education needs the package to assess the relative quality of competing applicants and determine grant amounts for successful applicants.
