Owner/operators of Onshore Natural Gas Processing Plants that are potential VOC emitters records must be kept of leaks from presure relief devices, the date of leak detection, repair method used and other pertinent details. For potential SO2 emitters records must be kept of excess SO2 emissions. This information is necessary to ensure that these standards are being met. Reports are semi-annual.
