Abstract:
The information collected will be used to determine whether to authorize a U.S. licensed earth station to communicate with a non-U.S. satellite system. The information collection will help determine whether the non-U.S. satellite system is legally, financially, and technically capable of serving the U.S. market and whether it is in the public interest to allow the system to do so. The respondents are earth station operators or licensees and other satellite service providers.
