Abstract:
FERC-545 information is required by the Commission to determine if an interstate pipeline's rate filing complies with the requirements of section 4, 5, and 16 of the Natural Gas Act and/or Order No. 636 (Restructuring Rule) and that the charges of the transportation/sales of natural gas are just and reasonable. The data are also needed to reflect certain standardized industry business practices and procedures. (Docket No. RM96-1-000; Final Rule, Order No. 587, issued 07/17/96).
