Abstract:
The information collection is necessary to enable the Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBanks) and, where appropriate, the Federal Housing Finance Board to determine whether a respondent satisfies the statutory and regulatory requirements to be certified initially and maintain its status as a nonmember mortgagee. Respondents include institutions that are not eligible for membership in a FHLBank but want access to FHLBank advances.
