Terms of Clearance: This information is cleared on an emergency basis through 8-98 under the following conditions: Upon submission, as FNS incorporates the new BBA reporting requirements into the 583, the Agency will identify opportunties to streamline the form. In particular, some data element may only need to be collected on an annual basis. In addition, as part of the notice process in the next submission, FCS will specifically solicit comment on the time it takes to provide the information, and modify the estimates accordingly.

Abstract: Emergency request to amend this form to reflect changes in reporting burden mandated by sections 1001 and 1002 of Public Law 105-33.
