Abstract:
The Commission would receive no information under the FERC-549C data requirement. The proposed regulations would require interstate natural gas pipelines to adopt certain standard business practices and procedures which would help establish a more efficient and intergrate national pipeline grid system. (Re: Docket No. RM96-1-008 (NOPR) issued 4/16/98 proposing to revise section 284 of the Commission's regulations by adopting certain GISB-sponsored intra-day nomination and confirmation procedures.)
