Abstract:
FERC-545 information is required by the Commission to determine if an interstate pipeline's rate filing complies with the requirements of sections 4, 5, and 16 of the Natural Gas Act and/or Order No. 636 (Restructuring Rule) and that the charges for the transportation/sales of natural gas are just and reasonable. The proposed revisions and additions to the Commission's regulations in Docket No. RM98-10-000 (NOPR issued July 29, 1998) are related to certain short-term transportation service and capacity sections in parts 161, 250, and 284.
