Abstract:
The National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 required development of this form by FEMA. The form is used by the lending industry to determine whether or not a structure is located within a special flood hazard area and if flood insurance is available in accordance with the Floor Disaster Protection Act of 1973.
