Terms of Clearance: The FCC has decided to rely primarily on market-based approaches for regulating access charges and has thus deferred on imposing several information collections that were associated with the prescriptive approach. The FCC, should it decide to invoke a these collections, must seek OMB approval for revisions to this collection. The FCC request for modifications to tariff filing and third party notifications is approved.
