Abstract:
The Maritime Administration requires students and graduates of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and State maritime academies, under the provisions of 46 App. U.S.C. 1295b(e), to complete these forms when requesting waivers, deferments, and review of waiver/deferment decisions of the service obligation.
