Abstract:
This form accomplishes the Statutory mandate for data collection in Title VII of Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Act) and implementing regulations. These data collection requirements are found in sections 13, 706, 721, and 725 of the Act and 34 CFR Part 366. In meeting these statutory and regulatory requirements the 704 Reports serve as: annual performance reports and are a basis for further funding grantees submitting the reports; a report of the training and technical assistance survey; the basis for mandatory on-site compliance reviews conducted by the Education Department on 15% of Centers for......
