Abstract:
Domestic and import manufacturers provide NHTSA with fuel economy performance information which aid the agency in evaluating manufacturers' plans for complying with average fuel economy standards; responding to inquiries from Congress, federal agencies, and customers; preparing fuel economy standards for future model years; and updating our annual update for the program.
