Abstract:
The Maritime Administration requires students and graduates of th the U.S. Merchant Marine Acedemy and State maritime academies under the provisions of 46 App. U.S.C. 1295(e) to complete these forms when requesting waivers, deferments and review of waiver deferment decisions of the service obligation.
