Abstract:
Tax Credit Program Administration: Data and information provided by the states on these forms are used for program planning and evaluation and for oversight or verification activities as mandated by the Revenue Act of 1978, Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982, Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1992, Sections 51 and 51A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, Small Business Act of 1996, Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997, the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 and the Job Creation and Worker Assistance Act of 2002 (P.L. 107-147).
