Abstract:
The Federal Reserve System requires a state member bank to file a notification with the appropriate Reserve Bank for certain investments in bank premises if the investments exceed certain thresholds. A bank is required to give the Federal Reserve fiftreen days prior written notice before making the proposed investment.
