Abstract:
Pilot qualifications are prepared by contracted pilots and verified for contract compliance. Aircraft Data Records are prepared by government contracting officials to certify that pilots and aircraft meet contract specifications for qualifications, condition, and required equipment. Data is used for making operational decisions on cost effectiveness and as a basis for upward reporting on contract use.
