The change in burden with this submission is a total of 18,694 hours (1,595 is attributed to Program change and 17,099 is associated with adjustments due to errors in calculations in previous submissions). Because all burden was migrated under one single IC, the total burden is shown as program/adjustment change instead of only the actual hours affected by this submission.
