Short Statement: Approval is being requested for a new IC, with an estimated 1500 responses and 250 hours, replacing the responses and burden for a previous, similar survey. The difference between the previously approved and currently requested responses and hours has been added in order to be able to request additional ICs when needed, and have a burden ceiling to accomodate them - per ROCIS instructions.
