Short Statement: There is an increase in the sample size with corresponding increases in responses and burden hours due to the expansion of the operators list following list building efforts during the 2007 Census of Agriculture. There is also an adjustment in burden associated with publicity materials and a second mailing that were omitted previously. These increases however are offset with decreases in responses and burden hours due to correcting data entry errors in ROCIS at the time of implementation.
