Short Statement: We are reporting 13,055 responses totaling 9,525 annual burden hours and $982,751 in nonhour burden costs. This is an increase of 958 responses, 575 burden hours, and $41,481 in nonhour burden costs. We are reporting as a program change a net increase of 1,054 responses, 219 annual burden hours, and $34,050 in nonhour burden costs. The majority of the increase represents the addition of four new forms and the incorporation of two forms currently approved under OMB Control No. 1018-0137. We deleted one form and removed three ICs. It should be noted that while ROCIS counts the removal of the ICs as a program change, it was actually an adjustment since the number of responses and hours were incorporated in remaining ICs. The remaining net decrease of 96 responses and net increases of 356 burden hours and $7,431 in nonhour burden costs are the result of adjustments to our estimated number of responses and/or burden hours. We made these adjustments based on our experience in administering this collection over the past years.
