Abstract:
This application data will be used to compute the amount of funds needed by each school for the 2012-2013 award year. The Fiscal Operations Report (FISAP) data will be used to assess program effectiveness, account for funds expended during the 2010-2011 award year, and as part of the school funding process. The Reallocation Form is part of FISAP on the web. Schools will use it in the summer to return expended funds for 2010-2011 and request supplemental Federal Work Study (FWS) funds for 2011-2012. Changes being made to this collection are to correct minor typographical errors, update dates and Award Year references and to clarify instructions.

Short Statement:
Annual hour burden is being adjusted from the current OMB inventory of 33,329 to 33,232 (a reduction of 97 hours) and from 5,848 respondents to 5,862 respondents (an increase of 14 respondents) due to a change in the composition of respondents from the different types of Title IV institutions on various sections of the forms. Burden and respondents were not disaggregated - that has been corrected with this submission.
