Short Statement: The Commission is requesting an extension (no change in the reporting requirements). The Commission has increased the filing fee from $775 to $815 which resulted in a $36,160 increase in annual costs. The Commission is also reporting a decrease in the number of respondents and responses since the last time this collection was approved by the OMB.
