Using data obtained from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, specifically the increase in the percentage of workers in the private sector and a decrease in the separation rate of workers from their employers, the Department estimates that more NMSNs will reach employers, and therefore, more notices will be sent to plan administrators by employers.
