Short Statement:
This is a revision of a currently approved information collection. The number of SAs participating in the CN programs decreased from 88 to 87 resulting in a decrease of 2 reporting burden hours and a decrease of 104 recordkeeping burden hours. A program adjustment to the estimated time for the existing recordkeeping function resulted in an increase of 129 burden hours for a net increase (+22) total burden hours associated with this revision.
