Abstract:
These regulations (34 CFR 600.54, 600.55, 600.57) contain some of the criteria foreign schools must meet for determinations of eligibility for participation in Title IV programs under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. There has been no change to the language of the regulations. This is a request to extend the collection of information to ensure the eligibility of foreign graduate medical schools and foreign nursing schools meet the requirements to participate in the Direct Loan program.
