Short Statement: Burden hours have been reduced due to the use of updated language used to reflect the revised Foreign-Trade Zones Board regulations which has resulted in the removal of certain questions which are no longer required as part of the reporting requirements. The adjustment reduction in responses and burden hours is due to the shift to an electronic submission system.
