Short Statement: The burden hours for the EDGAR recordkeeping and reporting requirements have a decreased adjustment of 20,380 hours. This decrease is an overall reflection of the actual number of time extensions notifications received by ED in FY 2013 (which was smaller than the number estimated in FY 2010) and a decrease in the number of awards awarded to IHEs, NPOs and Hospitals in FY 2013.
