Short Statement: We estimate that the burden associated with Form ADV-H will increase from 12 to 14 hours due to the difference between our previous estimate of the number of advisers that would be affected by the Dodd-Frank Act amendments to the Advisers Act and the actual current number of registered investment advisers and exempt reporting advisers. The number of hours per response has not changed since the last estimate.
