Short Statement: The decrease in burden hours for rule 22d-1 is attributable to a decrease in the estimated number of respondents from 4862 to 4714. The decrease in the estimated number of respondents is the result of an adjustment in the estimated number of funds that currently issue redeemable securities that carry a sales load.
