Short Statement: The total reporting burden hours has decreased from 76,500 to 72,000 due to an average annual decrease in the number of fingerprint sets submitted by FINRA to the FBI over the past three years. The total costs burden has increased from $9,250,100 to $9,987,300 due to the increased cost of processing hard copy fingerprint cards submitted by FINRA to the FBI over the past three years.
