Short Statement: The Commission estimates that this information collection imposes a burden of one hour, which results in a total annual PRA burden of one hour, representing a decrease of 3 hours per year. The decrease in burden hours for complying with rule 609 and Form 2-E is attributable to the fact that there have been no filings made under this rule since 2010. The Commission continues to estimate that there is no external cost burden associated with the rule and form.
