Short Statement: The FTC is requesting a total annual burden estimate of 129,656 hours, a slight upward adjustment of 2,829 hours from 2010-2011. This slight adjustment upward is due to more new housing starts estimated annually now than for three years ago (924,000 in 2013 and 600,000 in 2010-2011).
