Short Statement: Burden hours were adjusted because CBP changed its estimate for time per response. Also CAFTA-DR Information Collection, which was approved under OMB number 1651-0125, was added to this Information Collection because the information required is the same as the other FTA's. Also the U.S.-Panama TPA had been inadvertently dropped and was re-instituted into this Information Collection.
